How do I delete my account?

Deleting Your Brass App Account #

  • Open the App: #

    Launch the Brass® App on your mobile device.

  • Log In: #

    If you’re not already logged in, you’ll need to log in to your account using your email and password.

  • Access Account Profile: #

    Once logged in, navigate to your profile on the top right of the screen. Click on your user profile picture.

  • Find Account Deletion: #

    Navigate to the bottom on the page to find the delete account button.

  • Follow the Prompts: #

    Click on the account deletion, and the app will usually ask you to confirm your decision. You’ll be asked why you want to delete the account.

  • Loss of Stored Data: #

    Once your account is deleted, all the drill histories, scores, calculations, and any other profile data will no longer be available to you.

  • Verify Your Decision: #

    Once you’ve confirmed your intention to delete your account, the app will typically ask for a final confirmation. Be sure to review any terms or warnings provided.

  • Delete Your Account: #

    After the final confirmation, the app will proceed with deleting your account. Depending on the platform, this process may be immediate or involve a waiting period.

  • Confirmation: #

    You may receive an email or in-app notification confirming that your account has been deleted.

Additionally, keep in mind that deleting your account is a permanent action, and all your data, progress, and information associated with the account may be lost. Be sure to consider this carefully before proceeding with the deletion process.
